What remains uncertain

Only Horizon 1 is reported delivered; IREN's results release says Horizon 2 commissioning is underway and Horizon 3–4 are in late-stage construction. Grace periods for delivery extend from mid-Q4 2026 to the beginning of Q2 2027.
The 50 MW is IT capacity of one deployment; the four deployments are not summed here. The 750 MW in the 10-K is the capacity of the wider Childress site, not this project.
The 10-K does not state when Microsoft service revenue began; revenue generally commences after delivery, commissioning and acceptance.
