The civil works license is IREN's own statement; the release does not name the issuing authority, its date or its scope, and no regional or municipal record was found in this pass.
"Approximately 300MW of capacity" does not state an IT or facility basis. The release does not say whether the grid connection is complete; trade press describes only a preliminary regional authorization for the electrical infrastructure.
