What remains uncertain

No site plan has been submitted and the Common Council must still approve an economic development agreement; investment estimates differ ($1.4–1.7 billion per the mayor, $1–3 billion per WISH-TV) and none is stated by Digital Realty.
A company representative is reported as saying the campus would require about 1.5 GW of power when complete; construction timing (2027 start, four to six years) comes from press.
