What remains uncertain

Operations are scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2028; the release states no capital cost and names no customer.
The release does not say whether 24 MW is IT or total facility power. The approximately 220 MW of aggregate IT capacity refers to MC Digital Realty’s whole Japan portfolio after completion, not to KIX15.
The release names MC Digital Realty, a 50/50 joint venture of Digital Realty and Mitsubishi Corporation, as developer; neither the joint venture nor Mitsubishi Corporation is recorded as a separate participant here.
