What remains uncertain

AIB does not disclose the city or county; its investor presentation places CLT-01 in South Carolina, while the press release says only the southeastern United States.
As of the September 30 presentation, submitting the full construction design for permits was the next step; no permit or construction start is established. Data-hall delivery targets of about 10 and 14 months after utility service begins, and energization expected in 2027, are forward-looking.
Customer prepayments are expected to fund much of the build; project-level debt and preferred equity have not been arranged, and the presentation’s roughly $800M build cost is an illustrative model example, not guidance.
