What remains uncertain

The release does not name the Google data center served or the county, and does not state how the project relates to Black Hills' Sept. 30 agreements serving Google's planned Cheyenne data center.
AEP's Q2 10-Q said a 20-year fuel cell offtake near Cheyenne with an unnamed customer remained subject to conditions with a December 2026 deadline; the October release does not say whether those conditions are satisfied.
